The apartment is well decorated and is perfect for a ski stay. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and a TV each, a bathroom, a shower room, an equipped and functional American kitchen and a nice living room with a sofa and a TV. You will particularly appreciate the BALCONY for the VIEW that you will have from the accommodation. You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Elevator, Parking, Coffee machine, Toaster, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine. The location of the apartment is ideal: you will be at 10 minutes walk from the slopes and the cable car allowing access to the Prorel Summit and the White Rock Ridge where you can fully enjoy winter activities such as alpine skiing, ice falls, snowshoeing .... A real sportsman's paradise, you will also be spoiled in summer by hiking, mountaineering, via ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding ... The Grande Boucle shopping center is 10 minutes away on foot, as well as the Grand Boucle pharmacy, and the Circus Casino of Briançon is 8 minutes away on foot. Keys will be collected in person. Sheets and towels can be provided at extra cost.

Land of passage, at the crossroads of five alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century. A Dauphin town, seat of important fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the city of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical situation. The radiating structure of these valleys offered the city very early on relatively easy access to the outside world: to Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy. This dense network of communications made Briançon appear for a long time as a land of passage, an important crossroads in the heart of the Alps, offering the best conditions for the movement of people, the traffic of goods and the exchange of cultures. Easily accessible from the resort of Serre-Chevalier, you can enter the highest fortified town in Europe through the Pignerol gate, at an altitude of 1,326m, and be welcomed by the Heritage Department, which offers a variety of guided tours at 3pm every day, led by guides-lecturers approved by the Ministry of Culture, in French, English, Italian (German and Spanish for groups).
