This magnificent villa is located in a 2-hectare waterfront condominium comprising : - a bastide with 10 apartments ; - 2 detached houses ; - a 20 x 10-meter swimming pool - a tennis court ; - a small beach at the foot of the park; - a janitor on hand to deal with any eventuality or difficulty. All comforts include : - one bedroom with a double bed ; - another bedroom with a double bed ; - a third bedroom with a double bed; - a fourth bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed; - four functional bathrooms; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a living room for relaxing after a day's outing. You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The accommodation is located : - 5 minutes' walk from the beach; - 20 minutes by car from the city center; - 1 km from the naval shuttle to visit Porquerolles Island. You'll love the immense beach of l'Almanarre, or prefer the Madrague peninsula, or the shallow, family-friendly beaches of La Capte, La Bergerie or La Badine. You can also set sail for the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, part of the Port-Cros National Park, or the naturist island of Le Levant. Hyères and its islands offer a wide range of water sports: sailing excursions, boat trips, towed buoys, kayaking or sea canoeing... The town is renowned for its exceptional seabed, and is one of Europe's most famous scuba diving spots.
