Magnifique appartement dans un cadre environnemental très sécurisé nuit et jour(gardiennage), disposant d'un immense toit terrasse avec vue sur Mer pour profiter des couchés de soleil ☀️ a coupé le souffle ou prendre le grand air en fin de journée. Récemment construit dans le Centre commercial de GABON MALL sis à OLOUMI. Disposant du wifi internet mais également d'un groupe électrogène prenant le relais en cas de coupure d'électricité. Un service de nettoyage est à la disposition de notre aimable clientèle pour garantir L'hygiène irréprochable de l'appartement. Services supplémentaires payants: * Agent Accueil aéroport / guide touristique *Service de transport privé pour vos déplacements en toute sécurité. *Location véhicule *Pressing *Ménage supplémentaire *Petit déjeuner ou repas (sur demande) * Prolongation supplémentaire d'heure de départ (sortie) payant de l'heure. *Les charges de consommation d'électricité reviennent au client.

Nous apprécions le Contact, c'est également l'occasion pour nous de prendre plaisir à découvrir les différentes cultures etc... Quartier dite des affaires ou la plus grande partie des entreprises florissantes de la ville y sont installées de par sa localisation sympathique non loin des plages et des commerces. Le temps de votre séjour, vous oublierez l'usage de la voiture. Au pied de l'appartement: magasins, salle de sport, salon de Thé, restaurants, marché, centre commercial, plages etc...
