14 Boscaswell Downs is a lovely mid-terrace cottage in the village of Pendeen just two and a half miles from St Just in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one double and one twin bedroom together with ground floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed front lawn and enclosed rear patio with furniture. 14 Boscaswell Downs is a perfect choice for a Cornish getaway. Please note check in is 3pm and check out is 10am

Neighbourhood information

The charming village of Pendeen is situated on the Penwith Peninsula, in the North West corner of Cornwall. It has a handful of lovely pubs, convenience stores and a good fish & chip shop. There is also a wonderful lighthouse tucked away from the centre of the village, where you can marvel at the most spectacular sea views, stretching for miles.
