- Steep cottage style stairs lead up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The master bedroom is accessed through the play/reading room
- There are 12 steep stone steps leading to the garden with a further 9 steps up the decking area
- Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging
- Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps/slopes some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements
- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village
- This property sleeps 5+1
