A deluxe open plan studio with a Super King Sized bed that can be used a two single beds. The annexe is reached by steps and is entirely independent from the house. There is a dressing room/office upstairs for your use. Guests are welcome to use the garden and terrace. Breakfast can be served outside on those rare summer mornings!

Set in beautiful rural Northamptonshire, Newnham is an ideal place to explore the locality. Great walks on the doorstep. Daventry is 2 miles away, Northampton and Banbury are an easy commute.
