Aysgarth Close is a spacious, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house situated in Newton Aycliffe, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. On entry is the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a TV, sofas and a six - seater dining table and patio doors, looking out onto the spacious garden. Off from the dining area is the kitchen which includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, and a clothes airer. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The family bathroom has a bath with an over the bath shower. Externally is a large rear garden which guests can use. Please note parking for Aysgarth Close is on street. Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this property with an additional charge per pet for the duration of your stay.
