Bateman Quarter is a delightful third-floor two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Spurriergate, York. Accessed via three flights of stairs, with entrance hallway that opens into a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner and living area. Here, you'll find a wall-mounted TV, a comfortable L-shape sofa bed, and a dining table with seating for four. Kitchenette is equipped with amenities for your convenience, including a kettle, toaster, 2-ring electric hob, oven, washer dryer, microwave, fridge with an icebox, and a dishwasher. Bateman Quarter has two double bedrooms, with bedroom one featuring a mirror, a chest of drawers, and a hanging rail. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with bedside tables and lamps to enhance your comfort during your stay. The apartment's shower room boasts a corner shower unit, a WC, a mirror, a heated towel rail, and hand soap. Electric heating & secondary glazing, towels and linen provided. Please note that there is no luggage storage available prior to check-in, so plan accordingly for a seamless experience at Bateman Quarter. There is no lift in the building. This apartment enjoys a vibrant neighbourhood with a lively bar nearby, so you may experience some expected background noise. STAYS OF 7+ DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A REFUNDABLE 200GBP DAMAGE DEPOSIT. There may be signs of wear and tear that does not affect the overall comfort and functionality of the property. Notice of Exterior Work Exterior maintenance will take place from 17th October to 8th November. Scaffolding will be at the rear of the building, where windows are located. Guests may experience some disruption, including noise, protective coverings on windows, and contractors working on the scaffolding. To reflect this, the nightly rate has been reduced. We want you to be fully informed so you can make the best decision for your stay.

Just outside the door you'll see a variety of high street shops such as Zara, H&M, Boots, alongside bespoke independent retailers selling quirky and bespoke goods. With 100's of restaurants to choose from you'll be spoilt for choice for food in York. A short walk away is the Jorvik centre if you're looking to find out more about York's Viking history. Cliffords Tower is close by. The impressive York Minster is a must-see during your trip.
