I live in Carbis Bag Cornwall with my husband, baby boy and 2 dogs. We have been renovating run down properties to beautiful standards in the 10 years that we have been together, and we take pride in offering the most exquisite homes available to holiday let though our business Cornish Stays. Our homes are all dog friendly, and have every little detail you can think of to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. My partner Joey is the builder, and I am the marketing side of things - He talks, I type, that's how we work! I will be available for as much or as little as required during your stay. You will be sent a Welcome Guide two weeks before your arrival with all my contact details should you have any questions or problems, before or during your stay. Arrival and entry is contactless - You will be given the Key Safe Lock Code before arrival

A gorgeous Cornish cottage just 100m from the beach. A wonderful base for a family seeking a traditional coastal getaway in one of the most picturesque locations in Cornwall. Boasting a minimalistic elegance, complete with all of the necessities for a break including a Sonos Sound system, Smart TV with Netflix, and private parking. 3 well-presented bedrooms perfect for a family of up to 6. Enjoy your morning coffee in the private courtyard, and soak up the stunning views of Portreath Beach.

Neighbourhood information

The pretty, sandy beach has a stream running down to the sea on the left hand side. It is a popular family beach which, like many beaches on the north Cornish coast, is popular with surfers and in particular bodyboarders who turn up in force at high tide on big swells to surf the harbour wall, or Vortex as it is known.. The beach is cleaned daily during the season and dogs are allowed on the beach all year round, but only before 10am and after 6pm in July and August There are several shops, cafés and pubs in Portreath. The village has a very friendly atmosphere and is also extremely dog friendly Some of the old tram-roads, used for transporting ore from the mines, have been made into cycle paths and it possible to cycle from Portreath on the north coast to Devoran on the south coast.
