Property information

Bellvue Party House is set in the heart of Pollington Village, Goole, East Yorkshire. A lovely rural village yet a short 40 minute drive to York and Sheffield, 30 minute drive to Leeds and 20 minute drive to Doncaster with numerous tourist attractions to visit. The Party House consists of 2 adjoining properties enclosed in private back gardens and backing onto an amazing party space with full size snooker table, darts and bar/lounge area. Outside there is an undercover hot tub and outside kitchen with mains gas BBQ. Bellvue Party House can accommodate 30 guests in 13 en-suite bedrooms (19 beds). We provide all the bedding and towels and each room has its own tea and coffee making facilities. We are situated on the transpennine trail and the canal walks are beautiful. We are a short walk away from our lovely village pub that serves great drinks, food and takeaways.

Neighbourhood information

We are situated in the beautiful village of Pollington, Near Goole situated in the heart of Yorkshire. Just next door is the village park with swings and slides for the children. There are tennis courts and a football pitch. In the summer you can catch Pollington Cricket Club playing on the Cricket Field too. Pollington is situated on the canal side with super walks and routes around the Transpennine Trail. We have a lovely village pub called The Kings Head that upon request will accommodate large numbers for food. Pollington is set in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, yet has excellent links to the motorways. Bellvue Party House has everything you need for a super family and friend getaway. You can make your own entertainment in our fantastic games room with full size snooker table, darts board, various board games and Karaoke/speaker. Outside there is an extensive patio area with outside furniture for 30 people, an undercover hot tub and outside kitchen area with a party size mains gas BBQ.
