Butler’s Flat is a beautifully-presented first floor apartment, located in the wing of the owner’s 18th century stately home, on the edge of Wrexham, close to Chester and North Wales, and can sleep two people. The apartment has a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and use of an external, ground floor games room with a snooker table and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for one car in the courtyard, bike storage, horse stabling available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with the owner, shared use of the tennis court by arrangement and shared use of 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and barbecue areas. Steeped in family history linking back to the Battle of the Light Brigade, Cefn Park is set in over 1000 acres of parkland and dates back to 1730. The town of Wrexham offers a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst nearby are the National Trust owned Erddig and Chirk Castle. Within driving distance is the historic city of Chester, the North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park.
