Two comfortable bedrooms — one double and one twin — provide the perfect space for couples or small families.

Ideal for walking, cycling, and discovering the scenic Border countryside, the location also offers convenient access to famous sites such as Hadrian’s Wall, Holy Island, Edinburgh, beautiful beaches, castles, and lochs — all within an hour’s drive. Experience the unhurried pace and rich history of the Scottish Borders from this perfectly located base.
Comfort and Convenience
The cottage comes with gas central heating, double glazing, free onsite parking, and complimentary WiFi (though speeds may vary due to the rural setting). One well-behaved dog is welcome, with dog towels, treats, and bags provided for your convenience. Guests are asked to respect the property by keeping pets off furniture and supervised at all times, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.
A security deposit of GBP 40,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
