Company information

We like to sit in the grounds and take in the surroundings. Peaceful and tranquil to watch the world go by. Watching the chickens and ducks roam the farm makes it feel even more secluded

The Property is set in beautiful grounds and is on the borders or Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Close to amenities but feels like a million miles away from everything.

There is always plenty to see and do around Common Leys Farm. These could be visiting Blenheim Palace to walking in the surrounding woods to even visiting local towns and villages.

Please note if you are travelling using a satellite navigation system, then please use the postcode HP18 9UP which will bring you to a point on Menmarsh Road, Smith's Lane is a little bit further on. Turn down Smith's Lane and follow all the way along until you reach a green gate. Press the silver button on the gate and staff will open the gates and this will lead you to the farm.

Please note, guests planning to arrive after 20:00 from Monday until Saturday must inform the property prior to arrival using the Special Request box. Check-in on Sunday must be made before 19:00.
