This is a room in a shared flat with myself the owner. You have your own comfortable room in a quiet block. Bathroom is across the hallway. Use of kitchen and lounge when I'm out. Balcony for an al fresco breakfast or smoking.
I love welcoming guests into my home and am happy to share local tips and recommendations. Feel free to ask. I love eating out, theatre, dancing and travel.
This is a quiet area but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to central Brighton. Leafy park, traditional pub and small grocery store all close by.
