1. Payment for the accommodation is required upon check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

2. When booking for more than 5 rooms different policies will apply:

Group bookings cancellation policy is as follows:

• Up to 5 Rooms: 2 days of cancellation period required;

• Between 6 and 10 rooms: 1 week of cancellation period required;

A non-refundable deposit of 50% would be required one week prior to the

arrival by BACS payment;

• More than 10 Rooms: 3 weeks of cancellation period required;

A non-refundable deposit of 50% would be required three weeks prior to the

arrival by BACS payment

3. Breakfast is served 07:00 - 09-30 on weekdays and weekends.

4. Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces and cannot be reserved. The hotel does not have separate storage for bicycles.
