The bright, airy cottage sleeps two and is very well equipped to make your stay very comfortable and cosy. The garden is a sun trap and perfect for relaxing in after a day being busy. A perfect location for your well earned holiday with plenty to do whether it be visiting local attractions, surfing the waves, walking the hills or just plain relaxing. The view from the cottage over the valley to St. Cuthbert's Cave, is amazing and only a few miles away. We have ample off road parking adjacent to the cottage. With plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area, with information in the cottage on the local tourist attractions, your holiday starts here.

Lorna and Andy live on site, and are both retired. Lorna is into Pilates and walking, and can advise on the best local places to visit. Andy grows the fruit and veg, keeps bees and enjoys furniture making and wood turning.

The town of Alnwick is 15 miles away , and the populat cotal town of Bamburgh is about 10 miles. We are located two miles from the thriving village of Chatton with its country pub and village stores/post office. The market town of Wooler is five miles away, has all your local amenities, a variety of interesting shops and is the gateway to the Cheviot Hills for walkers. There are a variety of tourist sites locally, including castles, gardens and beaches.
