This luxury organic farm-stay is great for groups. Relax with friends or family on the 250 acre mountain farm. The private six person hot tub has underwater lighting.
There is a large well equipped kitchen and living room with log burner. The house is newly renovated with incredible views from every room. Becky looks after the guests and lives close by. For walkers Cader Idris is a short drive away and there is also plenty to experience without leaving the farm with beautiful nature walks. Children and pets love paddling in the rushing stream on the farm. The house also has a large enclosed garden and is pet friendly.
The space - There are 4 bedrooms. Two of then are twin and the other two are doubles. The two double bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and there is also a large main bathroom. The main kitchen is well equipped with an electric range cooker and a smaller cooker. There are 2 fridge freezes for storage. There is a utility with washing machine.
Let us know if you are organising a get together for a birthday or anniversary - we can recommend a local catering company for simple food platters.
Depending on your interests and what you are hoping to get out of your stay we can point you in the direction of activities and experiences in the area. The scenery is incredible - from the house - and especially from the top of the farm with mountain views in all directions. It's fairly close to the well visited coast and other attractions but you can have total peace during your stay.
The farm is owned by Heather and Jeremy Dale who don't live on site but are at the farm regularly and you will be looked after by Becky who lives nearby.
The farm is organic and you are able to walk, picnic and play on the 250 acres. Groups frequently book the house to climb Cader Idris which is a short drive away. It is also used by groups of friends getting together for celebrations or reunions as well as extended family groups.
Becky has lived in the area for many years and is a great source of local information. We all look forward to meeting you and are happy to help with any questions.
There are quaint villages and towns nearby with restaurants and cafes for all tastes. The wildness of the environment means that you will feel as though you have escaped the modern world but there is lots to do a short drive (or bike ride away).
The quirky town of Machynlleth is easy to reach and is a great place to browse interiors shops and art galleries or eat out in the numerous independent cafes and restaurants.
