Simon and I have been married for over 18 years and we have 3 children. Simon is an aircraft designer and I am an emergency nurse practitioner working in a local minor injuries unit as well as an emergency department. Family is very important to us and we love the outdoor, rural life. Whether we are hosting or holidaying, we are kind, friendly, approachable and trustworthy. We always look after and enjoy the properties we stay in and we look after our guests the same way. In fact, we go the extra mile for our guests where possible and always strive to make their stays unique and special.
We live on site but are very discrete. We believe it is important for guests to have total space and to enjoy their stay in peace, secure in the knowledge that they will not be disturbed.
We don't tend to meet and greet guests as there is a lockbox housing the key to the property. We do however message after check in to make sure guests are settled and happy and there is a useful Information Folder in the kitchen of the cottage.
Although we both work, we are easily contactable if needed and very responsive to any queries.
