Island View has a main bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room and a bedroom with twin beds or the option to have a king size bed. Both have large built-in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath . A dining kitchen and generous lounge both have sea views. The apartment is on the top floor so might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues but because of its location, enjoys fine views over the bay. Licence Number AR00343F EPC Rating Band C (73)

A great location near to all the amenities you would want. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe. We have free parking on site for 2 cars. The apartment is walking distance to the train, bus, ferry terminal and taxi rank.
