Hello and a very warm welcome to our 3 bed property on Burringham Road Scunthorpe , We aim to provide you a stunning, comfortable property in an ideal location, to Ashby High street, with all the local amenities , including restaurants and Local coffee bars, together being on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Outstanding countryside just so much to explore , the Humber region Lincoln city , Brigg Framers Market, Hibaldstow Sky Diving, Kirton Lindsay Gliding Club as well has historic town of Gainsborough to name a few......... Whether it is for one night or longer, For a short Holiday breaks , Contractors Stays Or Parties of Guests. This short term home will provide much more, Sleeps upto 5 people, 2 Double bedrooms, Single Bedroom, 2 x WCs, one upstairs with Bathroom with shower and downstairs WC, Open plan kitchen, lounge and a relaxing conservatory , Wifi, TV Enclosed Grassed Garden, also provided is a selection of books and Board Games lots of room for enjoyment with Spacious accommodation, We have tailored for the extras for the little ones in mind, with Little ones toilet seating and high chair provided We also welcome well behaved Dogs Free Parking unto 3 Vehicles We clearly states no parties , no smoking in the property , and we not accept late night bookings of, any kind after 8pm and to be checked in the same night all will be declined that is just to short notice to facilitate Any groups caught having loud parties will be asked to vacate the property with no refund... this is a quite respectful neighbor hood
