We are a family run business with over 30 years property experience, We specialise in the renovation of old and tired properties. Our aim is to provide an amazing place for our guests to come and relax and spend quality time with friends and family. We love nothing more than seeing our guests use the property as a great base to go and explore what is a stunning and historic part of our country.

Property information

The building was fully renovated in early 2023 to create these luxury one and two bedroom self contained apartments. Resting within the centre of the popular and vibrant market town of Pickering. Situated on the first and second floors. Featuring modern dining kitchens with appliances, bedrooms and stylish bathrooms. The one bedroom apartments sleeps up to four people comprising adults and children, (in our opinion not suitable for four adults as 2 people sleeping on a sofa bed). The two bedroom apartment can accommodate unto seven guests, again mixture of adults and children due to the sofa bed. There is a laundry room and bike store to the ground floor which all apartments can access. There is a free parking permit with each apartment for nearby carpark, situated approx 100 meters away. We will welcome one small/medium sized dog per apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor, both 1 bed apartments are on the second floor. All are accessed via stairs, there isn't a lift at the property.

Ideally located for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors, Dalby Forest, Scarborough, Whitby, and the historic walled city of York. Fifty amazing attractions nearby including The Steam Railway, Flamingo Land and Eden Camp. There are two Blue Flag beaches and 8,000 acres of forest, all within half an hour. Pickering is the perfect staycation location for either relaxation or those seeking a more active stay in North Yorkshire. We cater for short stay, long stay and have created the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast.
