Sat high up the Lakeland fells with views across the valley to Helvellyn, Low Nest Farm has been welcoming guests for over 100 years.
Our cottages are the renovated farm buildings, part of the old stone barns, stables and byres. each room has centuries of stories behind them.
Alasdair and Heather live on site, but with arms reach approach you are welcome to let yourself in with the safety of knowing that if there's an issue somebody is just a couple of doors away.
Low Nest Farm is just 2 miles from the centre of Keswick, a pleasant walk down into town and a short, inexpensive, taxi ride back. We are a farm sat at top a hill overlooking the valley with views over to Helvellyn and Blencathra. Our nearest neighbours are half a mile away, just down the A591. So while we are quite peaceful it's easy to escape to any where in the lakes within 45 minutes drive, or take a bus with a bus stop just 5 minutes walk.
