We aim to welcome guests to our family home. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable and enjoy our home as much as we do. You can sit on the terrace in summer or snuggle up in front of the log burner on cold, wet, miserable winter days. We have a gentle, elderly lurcher who also loves the fire. If you want breakfast and or an evening meal, then that is just fine, so long as you let us know beforehand.
We are not an impersonal hotel, where people can stay from a few hours to several days. We have a minimum stay of one night.
We really enjoy meeting an amazing variety of people, especially if they opt for dinner where we can enjoy a home cooked meal and perhaps a glass or two of wine together.
Our house is located in the quiet suburbs of Sheffield but within 7-8 minutes of the Universities and 4 of the major hospitals.
You can literally walk to the border with Derbyshire or drive further and enjoy some glorious walking. We are just 20 minutes away from Chatsworth House and all that beautiful estate has to offer.
