Entire property (Ground Floor) in quite and safe residential area. Own private entrance with front & back door. Free on-street parking available at all times. you'll get parked outside the property. Dunfermline, Scotland's Ancient Capital! has lots to offer within walking distance. Historic buildings including the 12th Century Abbey, Royal Palace, Andrew Carnegie's museum and birthplace. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from Dunfermline Town train station and a 25 min train ride into Edinburgh city centre. Dunfermline town centre is a 10/15 walk away, with regular buses and a taxi is less than 10 pounds 24 hour bus service to and from Edinburgh airport, St, Leonard's bus stop is a five min walk away. There's a large Asda supermarket at the end of the street. The apartment features 1 sitting room, 1 bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven/hob and fridge. The bathroom has a bath and shower. We supply complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and condiments. Cleaning products and toiletries are supplied. Shared garden, with facilities to dry washing and seated area with table & bench. Smart TV with free Netflix.. Free unlimited Wi-Fi. This is a no smoking/Vaping property. Strictly no Parties.

Historic buildings including the 12th Century Abbey, Royal Palace, Andrew Carnegie's museum and birthplace, St, Margaret's Cave, plus stunning walks, fantastic parks and numerous quality restaurants all within easy reach. Historic Culross is a 15 min drive. Dunfermline has two theaters, nightclubs, bars and a lot of great restaurants. We also have art galleries and museums along with National Trust attractions - and all this within walking distance....
