Tucked in a quiet side street adjacent to East Beach, North Berwick, you will find our beautifully appointed recently upgraded own door, ground floor, 2 bedroom Victorian apartment. Note, there are no stairs in the property. The accommodation is all on the one level. Being a Victorian apartment the accommodation has high ceilings and the apartment is spacious. In addition to a side view of the beach from the lounge window, the apartment is just a mere 10 strides from East Beach. You’ll hear the sea as you turn the key in the door! The master bedroom has a zip and link Extra King bed measuring 6’3” in length x 6’ wide. This bed can be split into 2 single beds if requested. If you require the bed to be split you must request this at the time of booking otherwise the bed will be presented as an Extra King bed. The property has a wet room which can accommodate a shower chair. If you require the shower chair during your stay, please request this prior to your arrival. In addition the property has a ramp which can be positioned at the front door into the property. So a wheelchair can enter the property. The ramp must be requested prior to your stay, to ensure it is in place fir your arrival. There is one step into the property from street level. Internally there are no steps or stairs. In addition to being perfectly positioned for beach activities and coastal walks, this apartment is just a few minutes’ walk to the Town centre making this property the ideal location for exploring North Berwick and visiting local attractions. What is more, North Berwick has its own train station a 10-15 minute walk from the property. If you fancy a change of pace or scenery pop on the train (a 30 minute train ride) and visit Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital city, where you can explore historical places, architecture and a wide range of visitor attractions and sightseeing opportunities!
