Property information

This new flat in Penzance has recently been refurbished to a high standard. This 2 bedroom property comes equipped with a new open plan kitchen, brand new bathroom with shower/bath. Being ideally situated 5 minutes from the town centre, also a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station. Short walking distance to local shops, pubs and restaurants. For security reasons there is CCTV outside the property. **Please note** We do not offer parking, there is free on street parking next to the property. Alternatively, there is a pay and display car park at the train station and one at the top of the road, which are both a 5 minute walk from the property. We can not offer luggage storage. ** If you have luggage dropped off from a luggage company, you will need to be at the property to receive the luggage ** No more than 4 guests allowed. No pets. No children under 6. No smoking. The property has a ring doorbell for security purposes. Anyone caught exceeding the maximum number of guests (4) will be asked to leave the property Check in 4pm Check out 10am You may check in anytime after 4pm. Please be aware that we might not be available to answer calls or messages after 11pm. If you are arriving late, please read the check-in information carefully and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
