Boutique Beach Holiday Lets is a small, family run company. A husband and wife team, we adore property and as well as managing properties for others, we also own an ever-expanding portfolio of local holiday let properties ourselves. Because we are both local landlord and local agent, we have the unique opportunity to unashamedly shout about the delights of The Witterings with visitors far and wide, knowing instinctively what it takes to make a perfect home from home stay. Located on the West Sussex coast near Chichester and Goodwood, Bracklesham Bay is an ideal British Beach location. This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach from Bracklesham Bay to Selsey in the East or towards the villages of East Wittering and West Wittering in the other direction.

Property information

Situated on a private beachside estate, No. 28 has direct access to the beach and in less than 20 seconds you'll be dipping your toes into Bracklesham Bay. You'll find first floor balconies to the front and rear each with sparkling sea views and plenty of seating which are delightful places to watch the sun set after a day on the beach. The property is split level and on the South-Western side you will find a lovely sitting room with cosy sofas, flatscreen TV and kid's den, this room leads out via sliding doors onto the large decking with plentiful rattan sofa set for you to enjoy the sea views. Inside the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine, fridge/freezer and additional drinks fridge. The room has a large dining table to seat 8 and patio doors opening onto the South-Eastern balcony and courtyard garden. There are four bedrooms each with super soft linen and fluffy towels as standard,. On the ground floor there is a twin room with en-suite shower and w/c. On the middle floor you will find a kid's bunk bed room and king bedroom both with access to a generous family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. On the top floor, there is a further king room with ensuite shower and W/C, this room features sea views from the window. To the rear there is an enclosed garden with bespoke outdoor seating area with wonderful olive tree, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day on the beach. The house has private communal parking (accessed via with code to enter the private estate) and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing away sand and salt after a day spent on the beach! Please note, this property is semi detached and on a family residential estate, it is not suitable for parties or loud gathering. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
