“The apartment was lovely and very clean. Home from home. Dave and Linda were fantastic hosts. Dog friendly, there was a dog basket with treats and towels etc in for my dog. The patio was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this apartment .”

“Everything, bed was so comfy, everything we needed for a 1 week stay. The terrace is a bonus, you get the sun from sunrise till about 3:30 in the afternoon. Yes the steps are steep down to apartment but there’s a handrail and just take it steady....”

We set up Torquay Holiday Lettings nearly 10 years ago and our properties are chosen for location and comfort. Our cleaners take pride in their work and this is shown in our review scores and great customer feedback.

Property information

The two apartments at Ockendon House have both been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Both apartment A and apartment B are spacious and have access to a wonderful sunny terrace over looking the roofs tops of Torquay. These apartments are ideal as they are close to both the town centre and promenade.

Neighbourhood information

St Luke's is a central neighbourhood, It is a hilly area and it is an easy 8 minute walk down to the seafront. Close by is the Abbey Sands Development with a whole range of cafes, bars and restaurants by the beach and promenade.
