Pant has four bedrooms; two king-size, one twin, one ground-floor twin. There’s a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and kettle, a dining area with electric fire and sitting area with a TV and selection of books. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot is available. Outside there’s off-road parking for two cars, and additional roadside parking, a non-enclosed front garden with lawn and non-enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 2.6 miles, pub in 1.3 miles, beach in 1.2 miles. If you’re seeking a peaceful Welsh retreat, Pant is the perfect base. Llandysul is a vibrant market town with a selection of shops, tea rooms and pubs, and even its own canoeing centre (Llandysul Paddlers) and national cycle route 82. Visit nearby New Quay or one of the numerous beaches on the Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire coastline. Boat trips to spot dolphins, whitewater rafting or a trip on a steam railway may appeal, or how about a day out to explore all the historic castles, mills and formal gardens? A wonderful base for touring this delightful area of Wales.
