This cosy home is set just on the outskirts of Chelmsford City Centre, but set back in a quiet and peaceful street. There is a parking space available as shown in the photos. As well as free on street parking. The home is close to the A12 for a direct route into London, and Chelmsford Railway Station is a short taxi ride away. This home also offers very fast WI-FI. Professionally managed by Pass The Keys The space The house has a good size living room, with an extremely comfortable sofa. There is also a desk if work was needed to be done. The kitchen has everything that would be needed. Upstairs there is a good size double bedroom, and also a good size bathroom Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. The house is in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery. But also close to major road links and railway. There is a bus stop just on the main road nearby, which would go directly into Chelmsford City Centre. There is free on street parking, and an allocated parking space at the rear of the property as shown in the photo
