The self-catering apartments are self check in there is no reception.They are within easy reach of the Eden Project and an easy drive from the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Easy access to bus routes and train station All apartments are located just outside St.Austell Town. There is a parking space for each property and extra visitor spaces are available (not guaranteed). A nearby leisure facility offers sports and activities, including tennis, squash, badminton and a swimming pool. Horse riding, spa days and other activities available locally can be arranged on request.

All have Fully equipped Kitchens, Open plan Lounge/Dining Rooms,Two bathrooms with main bedrooms having their own en suites plus a family bathroom and Allocated parking and visitors spaces too (Not guaranteed) plus the added bonus of A 16 and 6 having great views out to the Bay with sea views and Apartment 9 Partial sea views. There are communal gardens where guests can enjoy and there are local eateries within walking distance. All apartments are located just outside St.Austell Town but with bus routes within an easy quick walk making them very assessable to bus and train station too. A nearby leisure facility offers sports and activities, including tennis, squash, badminton and a swimming pool.
