River View boasts a prime position on the banks of the River Yare, great for wildlife spotting and watching the boats go by.
This charming riverside property is perfect for a family or couple. The property sleeps 4 people in 1 King and 1 twin bedroom. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors step onto a decked terrace which looks over the garden and the river, ideal for sitting out and enjoying the views. Steps down to the garden leading on to the unfenced river. Fish and moor your own or hired boat at the end of the garden.

Open Plan Kitchen / Lounge / Diner:
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and dining and cooking essentials.
Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll are provided.
The lounge features an electric fire, Smart TV and sliding doors which step out onto the decked terrace with dining furniture and steps down to the garden and waters edge.
Mooring and Parking:
Private quay headed mooring at the end of the garden. Use of slipway at our marina on request. Please advise if you are bringing a boat.
Private Parking x 3 cars.
Dog Friendly Holidays:
Our lodges are pet friendly, we charge GBP30 per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs.

Fishing only permitted in open season. A rod license is required.
The terrace edge is open. There is 1 foot gap from the ground to the bottom of the terrace trellis (see property photo) due to it being elevated as are many Broads properties.
There is an unfenced river at the end of the garden.

This quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, canoe, kayak or paddle board from our slipway. Bring your own boat and moor directly outside. Fishing permitted in season from the garden!
We highly recommend exploring the Norfolk Broads from this idyllic location. Boat hire is available locally and our guests receive discounted rates on Canoe rental – pre booking with a local company is advised.
Situated in the village of Brundall, which has its own railway station, shop/post office, mini-market, hairdresser, Chinese takeaway, Pizza takeaway, fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant, Cafe & bakery and local pubs serving good food.
Quaint towns, villages and beautiful beaches are close by, as are an abundance of family attractions and beauty spots to suit everyone.
The train station is just a stroll from our lodges with links to the fine city of Norwich only 8 miles away, with its excellent shopping, theatre, restaurants, inns, cafés, castle and museum or Great Yarmouth for an ice-cream on the beach and the Pleasure Beach with rides and amusements to keep all with rides and amusements to keep all the family happy.
Explore the surrounding seaside towns and villages, Gorleston-on-Sea, Hemsby, Caister-on-Sea, Winterton, Horsey (seal colony), California, Newport and Hopton-on-Sea, all offering entertainment for a family holiday, as well as the pretty Broadland villages and countryside.
For fun-filled family days out there is Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Fairhaven Woodland and Water Gardens is worth a visit, as is the village of Strumpshaw with a steam museum and RSPB reserve. For a nostalgic steam train trip from Aylesham to Wroxham, visit Bure Valley Railway. Reedham offers Pettitts Animal Adventure Park. Banham Zoo, Amazonia, BeWilderwood, Roarr Dinosaur Adventure and Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park are close by too.
