The en-suite is complete with a bath, overhead shower, toilet and basin, towel rail. The room has sliding glass doors opening onto a generous enclosed balcony, offering panoramic views. The second bedroom is also king-size bedroom and the third bedroom is a twin single room. Downstairs is the forth bedroom with twin single beds. The grand open-plan kitchen diner has a substantial 8-seat farm table stands at the centre of the dining room, providing views of the rear garden through large patio doors. The fully fitted kitchen has a large American-style digital fridge freezer, equipped with a water and ice dispenser. Additional amenities include a Samsung microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hot plate counter, dishwasher, washing machine, and a 2-door oven with a gas hob. There is an additional shower room—perfect for returning from the beach without tracking sand through the house. Outside, the extensive patio boasts a Tiki hut with loungers and a BBQ to weather the elements. A large garden table accommodates up to 8 guests. Back indoors, through double doors into the dining room, to the left, another open-plan area unfolds. ou are able to access the South West Coastal footpath from the grounds which gives you a wide choice of walks to take. Head out across the golf course and you can turn left and head down to the glorious beaches at Thurlestone and South Milton and onto Hope Cove or turn right, admire the views of Burgh Island and head down to the expansive golden sands of Bantham Beach, the surfing mecca of the south coast of Devon. The are a variety of places to stop off and grab a coffee, cake or bite to eat on your walk. The well known Beachhouse @ South Milton offers breakfasts, coffees and cake and then for lunch and evenings the freshest of seafood with a great beach vibe atmosphere. Further on the village of Hope Cove offers a variety of pubs, bars and hotels, where you are spoilt for choice. Bantham Beach hosts the Gastro Buses offering coffee, cakes, ice cream, burgers and pizza. Quite often in the summer you can enjoy an early evening sundowner at the Cider Bus accompanied with some subtle live music. In the village there is The Sloop Inn and Bantham Café boasting an outside deck overlooking the Estuary wildlife. Further afield you have the local towns of Salcombe, the sailing mecca with its boutique shops, galleries and bistro dining, Kingsbridge a hub of a market town providing the best local produce to make a feast. There is so much to explore and do in the South Hams area, from walking, surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, National Trust properties and museums and local history.
