.The house is located in a very popular sought after residential area very close to manchester city centre. Many local amenities including park, gym, restaurant, convenience stores, bus stop, hospital, swimming all within walking distance minutes away. The brand new stylish guest annex is separate from the main house with own entrance through the garden and comprises of a comfortably furnished bedroom, pleasant en suite shower room and well appointed kitchenette. The kitchenette has built in microwave and fridge freezer. Wall mounted TV is provided. All bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and crockery are supplied. The annex has hot water and heating. **Please note that the booking is not for the whole house. It is a self contained annex separate to the main building with its own entrance.** This accommodation has a double bed and can accommodate up to two persons Suitable for work, study or holiday.
