This home boasts some of the best views in the Ribble Valley! At the back you’ll see panoramic views of the iconic Whalley Viaduct, the River Calder and of course as the name suggests Whalley Abbey. The sun sets behind the viaduct and if you’re lucky you’ll be treated to the most fabulous evening sky; which you can enjoy from the cosy living room, one of the bedrooms or even with a glass of wine next to the fire pit. You can also spot plenty of trains travelling across the bridge, including the odd steam train, and the Abbey is only a short distance to walk to through the lovely village of Whalley. Split over 3 floors the house is a cherished home which you’ll see has been very much loved by the owner; whom is renting it out in order to pursue another life abroad with her Swiss partner. She is still using it as her base on returns, ensuring this property retains a high level of homeliness, personality and comfort. Please enjoy this beautiful home!

The house is only a 5 minute walk away and is one of the most desirable little villages in the Ribble Valley, Whalley, with great places to eat and that quintessentially British feel. Popular with walkers, cyclists and weddings it’s a little gem in the North.
