The bedrooms are all en-suite with TV, consisting of a zip/link family room, king-size, lower-ground-floor zip/link family room, and lower-ground-floor king-size, and a lower-ground-floor cloakroom. Private patio with furniture, barbecue, shared garden with lawn, children's play area (swings, slides, climbing frame), indoor swimming pool, toddlers' splash pool, trampoline, games room, and off-road parking for six cars.
