The grounds are shared with the owners, who can often be seen tending to the grounds, keeping them tip top condition and looking marvellous. Fishing can be enjoyed from the lake, shared with the resident swans and ducks (fishing in season and with licence). The owners have a very friendly dog called Alfie who also shares the garden. Located within the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park, the small parish of Strumpshaw is located alongside the River Yare, approximately 6 miles from the city of Norwich. Looking to dine out, the local area includes several pubs serving good food, many having riverside gardens, perfect for watching the boats pass-by, and many good take aways, all within a few minutes’ drive.
