Swn-y-don (Sound of the Wave) is a beautiful 4 bedroom seafront home that has just being completely refurbished to luxury standard. There is a well equipped modern kitchen, large seating area and flat screen TV in the living room. Loft bedroom has a large en-suite. Directly in front of 3 beaches, 2 of which are dog friendly all year round. Out side space with seating, BBQ and entertainment area. Very short walk to shops and restaurants.

New Quay is a beautiful, unspoilt and friendly seaside village. There are 3 beaches, water sport activities are available on the beach in front of the house. It is a short walk from the house to,shops, restaurants and cafes.
Most amenities are within walking distance. Parking is on the street but here is also a carpark. New Quay is close to Aberaeron which is a market town with extra choices of restaurants, shops and supermarket.
