10 The Downs is a ground floor apartment set in 4 acres of grounds on the headland between Thurlestone and Bantham boosting fantastic views over Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island. With its own private entrance the 2 bedroom apartment is bright and cosy, with one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin single beds. The bathroom is recently refurbished with a shower over the bath. The newly fitted kitchen has a fridge with freezer box, double oven, microwave and dishwasher. Tea, coffee, sugar and essential cooking condiments are supplied. The living area has a dining table for 4, 2 seat sofa and a 3 seat sofa. The apartment has full central heating.

Thurlestone Village is situated in the heart of the South Hams area of Devon. Close to nearby market town of Kingsbridge where you can find a market, pubs, restaurants, 2 supermarkets plus butchers, fishmonger and grocery stores. Also accessible are Salcombe, Dartmouth, Plymouth and Dartmoor. The Downs has direct access to the coastal footpath and is an easy walk to 3 local beaches that welcome dogs. All the local pubs are child and dog friendly.
