    We were an easy walk to restaurants and shops in the town. We took the train to Bath .The accommodation was very quiet and well presented. It had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again.

I am local with a long history in the town and was an estate agent for over 25 years. I am now a professional landlord and enjoy cycling, hiking, camping and walking Ed, my cocker Spaniel. I live less than 10 minutes away on foot and can therefore be readily on hand, if needed.

Property information

Completely refurbished and converted from an office in 2022/23, this is a spacious and stylishly presented apartment. I’ve applied some urban chic and a slight industrial theme to the finish, incorporating feature glass blocks, brick detailing and exposed galvanised pipe work for industrial style light fittings, switches and sockets. Sockets have USB charging points, there is excellent Wi-Fi and the building itself is Grade ll Listed and attractive.

Neighbourhood information

A convenient town centre location less than 12 minutes on foot from the rail station, with independent cafes, coffee shops and food retailers within 5 minutes of the front door. Odeon cinema complex with associated restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, through the Town Park. Quiet street, mostly residential, convenient on street or pay and display parking in street on within 500m.
