The Green Room is a lovely restful unit, offering guests space to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet. There is a kitchenette where a coffee maker, tea and cookies are all provided. The view from the bedroom is onto an enclosed garden and is a shared space with the homeowner.

I love baking and scones of many varieties are my passion, just message by 7pm the night before to put your order in for the breakfast tray served between 830-1030am
I live in a lovely residential area and there are so many things just on the doorstep
The Titanic museum is 10 minutes away and the Ulster Folk museum just 15 minutes. There are numerous parks within walking distance and the seaside is close by too. Belfast city itself is only a short drive away or you can use public transport just at tge end of our street
