日本「Coast to Coast walkで利用しました。夜9時すぎに到着したためパブは終了していましたが、親切なスタッフが美味しいサンドイッチを作ってくれて本当に嬉しかったです。町外れにあり、町に着いてからが非常に長く感じましたが、翌朝はtrailへ戻る近道がすぐそばにあって助かりました。ホテルに向かう途中に小さいco-opとATMがあり、食料調達などにも便利です。」- Derek

The Greyhound was established in 1619 as a coaching Inn and has looked after travellers for almost all of this time.

The Greyhound is a beautifully renovated 18th century coaching inn with fantastic views across the to the fells. Very easy access from main travel routes and plenty of parking. Serving local ales, crisp lager, fine wines, fabulous G&Ts and fantastic fresh pub food. The bar is a great atmospheric place to drink and dine, and the rooms are just what you need to relax after good day's walking or travelling.
