Two story annex built 1800s, many original features. Hand-crafted solid oak bed. Coffee & Tea Bar. Cloakroom space. Lower-level consists of a horse party room & equine spa. The annex is adjoined to the main private farm house. Outside areas include a woodland area, ménage and paddock. Duck Island is home to hand-reared ducks with a pond and bijou waterfalls. Stables are adjacent to the annex, a secluded hot tub, rain-shower, pig pen and a gravel drive with herbaceous borders.

I would describe myself as a charming, outgoing, emotionally intelligent woman. Surrounding myself in all that I love and that has meaning to me, is my success plan.

A peaceful tiny village with one pub (newly changed hands) and a bus stop yet acres of stunning, well manicured fields and beautiful waterways. Steeped in aviation history, our neighbour village is host to the magnificent Lancaster, Hurricane & Spitfire. A range of shops are within a 2 minute drive away.
