The Victorian Barn Dorset was once our family farm, where we lovingly milked dairy cattle before diversifying into holiday accommodation. Claire and Penny, mother and daughter, now run the business together, welcoming families, friends, and groups for relaxing holidays and mini breaks in the countryside. Welcome to The Victorian Barn Dorset – your countryside retreat nestled in the heart of Dorset’s rolling hills. We are a family-run destination, perfect for relaxing breaks and group getaways. We are set in a peaceful, rural location, accessed via single-track country lanes with no pavements or streetlights – the perfect escape to enjoy clean air and beautiful countryside views. Please note that our postcode is shared with other properties along the road, so look out for the driveway with clear signs saying The Victorian Barn to find us. Our indoor heated swimming pool and sauna are available to book for private sessions, allowing you to enjoy exclusive use during your stay. We also offer communal swimming sessions at selected times, subject to availability. If you're booking last-minute, pool times may be more limited, but we’ll always ensure you have the opportunity to enjoy a swim during your stay. Each property has its own private hot tub, and our accommodation is clean, comfortable, and designed to offer a home-from-home experience. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The refundable security deposit is also payable at the time of booking – not 14 days before arrival as listed.
