THE PROPERTY:
The Waves is a lovely dog-friendly cottage just 150 metres to the beach. With modern coastal style, three bedrooms and a practical layout, it is a great spot for a beach break. The entrance hall with cloakroom/WC opens into a spacious sitting-dining room. There is huge corner sofa, and dining area which opens onto the rear garden. The separate kitchen is well equipped and has a large hatch to the dining space. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: a master with king size (5’) bed, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath with power rainhead shower over, with the separate WC next door.
Outside, to the rear The Waves offers a sunny garden with patio furniture, an outside dining area with BBQ, and a small lawn. There is also a private parking space just behind the garden.
LOCAL AREA:
The seaside village of Rustington is a short walk up the road with bars, shops and restaurants; always bustling but always relaxed and low key. There are plenty of places to visit nearby; to the west is the seaside town of Littlehampton at the estuary of the River Arun, and to the east Worthing – both offering plenty of family-friendly activities. A little further afield you can discover Arundel, Chichester and Brighton too. All along this stretch of coastline there are lovely beaches and greenswards to discover, not least the one right on your doorstep.

- A security deposit of GBP200 is a condition of booking, if not taken by this platform we will contact you after booking to arrange.
- Once you have placed your booking request, before we can process your booking we will require some simple additional details such as postal address, guest names and direct email. Please do not book if you are unable to provide this information, as we cannot offer a refund on this basis.
- Arrival and departure times are clearly stated. As our properties can be booked right up until the last minute, we are unable to confirm early check-in or late check-out requests until 24-72 hours prior to your arrival/departure. Should you prefer to guarantee any such request now, please add an additional night to the start and/or end of your booking.
- Pets: a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed when requested in advance, free of charge.
- Accessibility: two steps (15cm) up to the front and rear door thresholds. Low step (2cm) between the sitting room and kitchen. Standard staircase (with bannister) to the first floor, all bedrooms, and the bathroom with shower over bath. Other internal floors are even and level, with no internal steps.
