A comfortable studio apartment with ensuite shower room and kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, halogen oven, hob, kettle, toaster, with all the necessary crockery, TV, WifI and plenty of parking.
We also provide all bed linen and towels for our guests convenience.
There is the lovely Side House Coffee Shop for breakfast and/or lunch. The 5 Bells pub also both a few minute walk away.
A peaceful spot on the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire boarder to unwind all year round and a great base to explore everything the area has to offer. Close to the A1 and beautiful wedding venue of Stubton Hall. The Civil War market town of Newark is only 7 miles away with a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs with a thriving market. Nearby is the Newark Showground, the venue for many events throughout the year.
Other historical towns nearby include Southwell, (Cathedral, Home of the Pilgrim Father's), Grantham (Market Town) and Lincoln - Steep in history with the famous Minster,cobbled streets and museums.
