The property is located in Lance Aux Epines, which is a 10-minute drive or less from the airport, St. George’s University, supermarket and surrounding restaurants, Grand Anse Beach, and 25 minutes from the town of Saint George’s. This is a newly constructed apartment and is located on the ground floor, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additionally, there is another apartment on same ground level that is slowly being constructed. The owner resides on the first or top floor with his family. Please note the owner has 2 dogs and 2 puppies.
The host resides with his family upstairs and has managed Cool Running Apartments complex in True Blue for over 20 years. Customer service and client comfort is a top priority, and he will seek to assist in any way possible to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!
This is a high-end residential area and a very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is located close to Calabash restaurant, Prickly Bay Marina (features attached restaurant), nearby shopping complex and St. George's University Club (5-minute drive or less).
