Apartment is located at the new Boulevard of Maltakva, in the back side of Building you can find peace in Woods and fresh air. In front of windows you can see sea waves, five minutes walking distance and enjoy sand beach of Maltakva. Building is very close to city entrance, you can easily take connections to Batumi, Kutaisi, Tbilisi, Svaneti etc.
