The brand new apartment is located in trendy and quiet Mets, close to the heart of the city with stunning views on the Acropolis Hill and the city from all rooms and the spacious terrace. Only just a 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the Acropolis Hill, Plaka, Syntagma, Zappeion , National Garden and Panathenaic Stadium it is ideally situated. It is a 50 sqm apartment with 100sqm terrace on the 4th floor. Ideal for couples, families with one child and professionals. The apartment is on the 4rd floor and it features: a) one bedroom with flat TV 32", queen size bed, high quality mattress and bed linen. b)a shower-bath with WC, washing machine and daylight window c) living and dining area with an open plan marble kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, MW, Coffee machine, toaster, dish washer and fridge. The living room is fully equipped with flat cable tv 42" with plenty of international programs,dvd/cd and a sofa bed which easily turns to a 1,40mx2,00m double bed. free WiFi. The apartment is fully air conditioned. a large terrace with gas barbeque, ideal for outdoor dining. The rooms are decorated with contemporary art from well known young artists.
I live in Athens and work as a financial services consultant for a greek bank. I've worked also in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and other countries. I speak fluent German, English and Greek and I am interested in history, music, fine arts and like to go out for good food and cocktails.
The neighborhood Mets is a safe, quiet and trendy neighborhood with Cafe's, bars, restaurants and super markets near by.
