Our accomodation ( rental room ) have an operating license approved by the Greek National Organization (GNTO), as we are professional hosts with over 30 years of experience Therefore , our long-lasting experience is offerd for your best service and enjoyable stay. Our accomodation is one of the safest buildings in the city, as it is earthquake proof. Our room/studio offer : abundant natural light balcony with seating area excellent mattresses fully equiped kitchenette coffe machine washing machine high quality toiletries hairdryer slippers iron and ironing board smart TV air condition
It's a quiet area , right next to the center of the city. Exactly opposite there is a bakery , a supermaket , a fruit store and the bus stop to the beach a breath away. Within 80 meters there is the sea and cafes , restaurants , fast food restaurants with wonderful views in the sea and the bike path leading to Drepano beach ,tennis courts , the Archaelogical Museum You can park safely and free , depending on availiability , on the main roads of Kyprou and Samouil exactlly in front of our building , as well as on the side road. Our location is the central base for exploring Igoumenitsa and all beautiful Thesprotia
